Substitute Information

Please print and fill out the appropriate application below and return it to the Personnel Office with two forms of ID (license and social security card or passport) between the hours of 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. The Affidavit is required to be notarized. If you are applying for a substitute teaching or teaching assistant position, you must bring your valid certification

Individuals employed as substitute teachers who are not certified may be employed for 40 days during a school year, unless such individuals are in a program leading to teacher certification. Minimum education requirements - Must hold a B.A. or B.S. Degree and complete TEACH profile on NYSED website with the following workshops:
